Obo is a common trading abreviation for "Or Best Offer". For example: A trader says, "WTS Black dye for 6.5K OBO", he/she is stating that they would prefer to sell the item for 6.5 platinum, but is flexible with the price and may be easily haggled down.
Note: ONO is also used (or nearest offer)
