Definition
A Staff with a name Prefix "Adept" is equipped with a weapon upgrade of the same name:
- Adept Staff Head

Effect
An Adept Staff Head provides the following bonus to the weapon (the user respectively):
- Halves casting time of spells of item's attribute (Chance: 10-20%)

The exact same effect can be achieved with an "Aptitude not Attitude" inscription.
