Annelle Fipps is a ghost found in the Crystal Desert. She used to belong to one one of the nations that tried to conquer the desert (like the Margonites and the Elonians) and who used to war with the Forgotten inhabitants of the desert. She, however, found that there was much that could be learned from the Forgotten Ones, and now seeks to help players gain the knowledge she was too late to seek.
Annelle offers a quest that leads to one of only two quests that reward 15 attribute points in the Prophecies Campaign.
