Asura Gates are long-ranged portals constructed by the Asura. They are found throughout the Depths of Tyria region and, due to their extremely long range, can allow intercontinental travel.

Notes

There is an Asura Gate icon used to instantly travel from Tyria, Cantha, or Elona to Boreal Station.

Trivia

They have a strong resemblance to the Stargates from the movie (and television series) Stargate.
