Full: All nearby foes begin Bleeding for 5...13...15 seconds. For 30 seconds, this enchantment does nothing. When this enchantment ends, all nearby foes are Crippled for 3...7...8 seconds.

Concise: (30 seconds.) Initial effect: inflicts Bleeding condition (5...13...15 seconds) on nearby foes. End effect: inflicts Crippled condition (3...7...8 seconds) on nearby foes.
