The level 30 Avatar of Dwayna is the avatar of the goddess Dwayna. It can be summoned by kneeling at most statues of Dwayna in Post-Searing Tyria or Cantha when the player's server has the Favor of the Gods at the time. In explorable areas, each player may - in exchange for some gold - receive a blessing of Dwayna from the Avatar.

A level 24 Avatar of Dwayna competed against the Avatar of Grenth (NPC) during the Wintersday competitions of 2005.
- By the Snowball Fight Arena priests:
- Ascalon City: Near the southwest exit.
- Lion's Arch: Near Firstwatch Sergio, except on December 31st, 2005.
- Droknar's Forge: By the great statue in the main town square.
- Lion's Arch: By the big tree every 3 hours (for about 15 minutes) on December 31st, 2005.
