An item needed for the Pre-Searing Ascalon quest Little Thom's Big Cloak. Bear Pelts can be gained by killing Black Bears in Wizard's Folly. Like most Quest items, Bear Pelts have no value if you try to sell them to merchants and cannot be salvaged.
