This buried corpse is added in Lion's Arch during Halloween fesitvals. It will speak a random line of dialogue when stepped on.

- Lion's Arch (only during Halloween festivals)
  - In a grass patch approximately halfway between Shad [Material Trader] and the Merchant's Row sign
    
    The buried corpse is visible as a small, round shadow on the ground. Click for larger image.
