Description
These creatures inhabit the north west portion of North Kryta Province. They often come in groups of 3-4 paired with Caromi Tengu Scouts and/or Caromi Tengu Braves. They will cast Cry of Frustration whenever they get a chance. As with many mesmer enemies, beware while traveling with henchmen, as they counter Conjure Phantasm with Healing Breeze, which is then liable to be hit with Shatter Enchantment.
