After this skill has been used, there is a ¾ second aftercast delay before your next action may be undertaken.
Interrupting attack skills of Binding Spirits do not disable those attacks.
The additional recharge does not trigger if the target is dazed. Similarly, preparations that cause interruption (like Choking Gas) will take effect before Distracting Shot. That is, the target will be interrupted by the preparation's effect, and as such, Distracting Shot did not interrupt the target per se, so the additional recharge will again not trigger.
The damage dealt is armor-ignoring; against some high-level, high-armor enemies, "only" a certain amount of damage can be more than regular attacks.
