Dual Attacks are the final and most powerful attacks in the dagger attack sequence of the Assassin.
To be able to strike an Dual Attack, the Assassin must first have performed an Off-Hand Attack. As long as this precondition isn't fulfilled, Dual Attacks are "locked".
