The Guild Wars: User Agreement (a.k.a. "End-User License Agreement - often abbreviated to "EULA") is a memorandum of contract between the game producer (ArenaNet / NCsoft) and the end-user (the player). It describes various rules and parameters for using the software and playing the game.
By installing the game and "signing" the user agreement, the player agrees to comply with these rules. Violation may result in a warning ("account mark"), temporary suspension or permanent ban of the account by a game master. For the worst cases, legal action may be possible.
The latest version of the Guild Wars: User Agreement can be found on the official Guild Wars web site (see external links).
