Changes: Effects monitor

The Effects Moniter is located in the upper left hand corner of the on-screen user interface. It lists every condition and enchantment, among other things, upon you. For example, it could list: 1. A DP of -18% 2. Mending 3. Healing Breeze 4. Life Siphon 5. Conjure Phantasm 6. Disease 7. "Victory is Mine!" 8. etc. You get the idea.

If you mouse-over the condition/enchanment/etc, it will say how long it lasts, and/or how much it does. If you Ctrl-Click on it, you will say it. For example: "I have a Death Penalty of 46 on me!" "I have Mending on me!" "I have Conjure Phantasm on me!" etc, etc, etc
