This spell can provide a strong supply of energy when used correctly. The higher the caster's energy when casting, the more it provides. Its 2 second cast time makes it vulnerable to interrupts, and the onset of Death Penalty can render this skill ineffective.
Unlike most other Elementalist energy gaining elites, this skill does not cause Exhaustion, allowing it to be used often without depleting your energy through Exhaustion.
Although it doesn't cause exhaustion, this spell is severely restricted by exhaustion, as it requires your energy to be even lower to gain the full benefit. In a caster with only 75-85 energy, 10-15 points of exhaustion often make it impossible to get much use of it.
