The Facet of Existence is a Monk boss that appears in Riven Earth. When you get close enough it will appear at its location during the quest The Cipher of Dwayna. It also appears in Varajar Fells during the quest The Path to Revelations.

- Heavy firepower and enchantment removals would make the battle much faster. Daze would also be useful.
- The Facet of Existence looks exactly like the Facets that are encountered during The Dragon's Lair (mission) in the Prophecies campaign.
- Spawn location can be random (Tip: If you go out of Rata Sum and the progress bar is already filled a little bit, then it's location #3 or #4!. If it fades away when you take the road leading south-east its on location #4 - it will be almost a third full if it's location #4). The quickest route to location #4 is to make a hard left as soon as you enter the area from Rata Sum. When you reach the giant spinning wheels, head left again towards the cliffs. The Facet will be here. You should not have to face any creatures on the way to this Facet (Note: The map shown does lead to the Facet. However, it unnecessarily make a large detour out to the right - this makes you run into Raptor and other dinosaur mobs).
