"We have heard reports that there are a number of Charr Champions up in the Northlands. Chances are the Charr are planning for something and have brought their finest warriors to be part of the attack. Rather than wait for the fight to come to us, we are going to get the upper hand by going north and killing the Charr's Champions, demoralizing them, and making them think twice before attacking. If you think you have what it takes to face these Charr Champions in battle, I will give you that opportunity. You cannot go alone, though. Not one is permitted north of the wall without someone to watch their back!"
