Walkthrough
The three council members are found at the northwest corner of Perdition Rock, near a small dock. They are almost directly north of Ember Light Camp. The area immediately northwest of Perdition Rock is guarded by some Jade Bows and a Mursaat Tower with a very wide area of energy drain. After killing the council members, talk to the boat captain to be taken to the Ring of Fire mission location.
