Description

Flesh Golems are Minions created by the Elite Necromancer Skill Animate Flesh Golem. They can be encountered as enemies (raised by opposing necromancers) or allies. Flesh Golems are power melee attackers, due to their level. Like all minions, Flesh Golems build up health degeneration.

Unlike other minions, a minion master can only have 1 golem and when the creature dies it leaves an exploitable corpse.

Notes

  • Trying to keep the golem alive can be a pain, instead take Taste of Death with you and when the golem is near death use Taste of Death killing the golem and leaving the exploitable corpse free to be reused (This saves time, health and energy).
  • Using Death Nova before respawning your Golem will add in a hefty amount of additional damage at a low price.
  • If there are two necromancers in the party, you can have one cast Tainted Flesh on your Animated Flesh Golem. With Tainted Flesh enchantment active, enemy melee attacks will cause them to become diseased. This is an effective way to keep enemies on the degen while speeding up corpse production.
  • Unlike the Flesh Golems of Perdition Rock, the Animated Flesh Golems have no skills. They serve as an elite minion moreso than an ally. They are the most powerful of the animated minions, but share the same AI flaws as Bone Horrors, Vampiric Horrors, Bone Fiends, and Bone Minions.
  • Against a 100 Armor Level, level 26 Animated Flesh Golems do 32-55 damage (excluding critical hits).
  • Without Healing, a level 26 Animated Flesh Golem's life expectancy is 1 minute 40 seconds.
  • Although being undead minions Animated Flesh Golems can bleed and suffer other such conditions.
