Halloween Events

• Added support for Halloween 2010 festival hats.
• Added Tolkano to the Costume Brawl outpost.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a bug that prevented players from entering The Mausoleum during "Commandeering a Mortal Vessel" without owning Guild Wars: Eye of the North.
