Gazing Scepters are a type of wand for Mesmers that requires Domination Magic. The wand features a roughly spherical head with what appears to be a smiling face on one side, a large spike from its tip and a smaller spike at its end.

Dye[edit | edit source]
Dye affects the grip only, dyeing it darkly to the color applied. It appears to be dyed brown by default.
