Grasping Ghouls are found roaming with other undead monsters or will pop out of the ground when players rush to attack other undead (namely Zombie Warlocks and Skeleton Sorcerers). They are melee attackers.

- Unlike most undead, Grasping Ghouls are fleshy creatures and do leave corpses to exploit.
