The Holy Relic is a "Bundle" (i.e. an object that the player has to hold) used in the quest The Stolen Artifact.

According to Necromancer Munne it is a valuable artifact that Mhenlo had retrieved from The Catacombs.

Note: It looks exactly like the Ancient Weapon.
