Juicy Heket Leg is the required quest item for She Hungers. They drop from all Heket while the quest is active, until you have 10 or more in your inventory. Bonesmith Rokel in the Bone Palace requests 10 legs to satisfy her hunger; only this favorite snack will do.

- Heket will continue to drop these if you drop or transfer excess legs to another player, allowing one player with the quest to farm for others.
- Tarnished Coast Frogmen in Eye of the North will also drop these while the quest is active.
