Kilnn Testibrie was a champion of Surmia, now he is a spirit that wanders outside a tomb in the Great Northern Wall mission. He gives the bonus for the mission, which is to return his enchanted armor to him so that he may pass into the Rift. To complete the bonus you must simply find and return the four pieces of his armor. He's grateful when you return his armor and makes some vague promise to reward you in the afterlife, but (thus far) it all comes to nothing.

The Great Northern Wall mission, in the northeastern corner, past the tar pit.
