Lionguard Bedo grants access to Lion's Gate, a staging area for characters traveling between campaigns. He can be found at the entrance to the Lion's Gate, just past the Merchant Corner.
Lion's Gate is where travelers arriving by boat to Lion's Arch are screened before being allowed encrance into Kryta. It is my duty to make sure any who try to sneak past the gate are dealt with promptly.
