Monastery Keepers allow access to the Shing Jea Boardwalk. There are two of them, one by the Xunlai Agents and one by the Headmasters.

- Shing Jea Island
- Shing Jea Monastery (Only while the Shing Jea Boardwalk is open).
Dialogue
During the Dragon Festival 2006:
- "Master Togo has permitted us to stage festival games behind the monastery. Would you like to travel there now?"
Since the update of the Shing Jea Boardwalk event:
- "Master Togo has permitted us to stage boardwalk games behind the monastery. Would you like to travel there now?"
