Rare Scroll Trader

A Rare Scroll Trader is an NPC that trades Passage Scrolls and gold Insight Scrolls. These traders are commonly referred to as Scroll Traders because there are no specialized NPCs for blue or common experience scrolls. Their stock and prices, like that of other NPC traders, is based on player supply and demand.
