Description[edit | edit source]
The hub of Asuran activity on the surface world, Rata Sum was quickly erected through magical means when the race arrived from their native underground homes. Geomystic generators dot the area, providing free power to the town. Some find the atmosphere within the town uncomfortable, saying you can literally feel the Energy being sucked from the air, but the Asura vow this enchanted technology is "perfectly safe."
Getting there[edit | edit source]
From Vlox's Falls, head westward through Arbor Bay and on through Riven Earth. Rata Sum is the destination of part of the quest Lab Space.

Trivia[edit | edit source]
- Rata Sum is an anagram of "Mursaat"
- Rata Sum in Latin means "I have thought." The "a" at the end indicates the speaker is female. It would be Ratus sum for a male speaker. Countries and cities are generally thought of as female in English-speaking cultures.
- There are 2 NPCs standing near each other called Gni Neproc and Ybbob. Reversed, they spell out Bobby and Corpening. There are multiple GW staff members with the first name Bobby, and one named John Corpening.
- The henchmen here play out a very entertaining sequence involving Mhenlo and Cynn.
