Scepter of the Keeper
The Scepter of the Keeper is a unique item which can drop from The Keeper in the Cathedral of Flames dungeon.
Weapon stats
- Dark damage: 11-22 (req. 9 Blood Magic)
- Halves casting time of Blood Magic spells (Chance: 20%)
- Halves skill recharge of Blood Magic spells (Chance: 20%)

The stats of this item can also be fully replicated with the exception of the skin, with the following:
- An inscribable Blood Magic based wand crafted by any Weaponsmiths (Nightfall) or Weaponsmiths (Eye of the North), or a Blood Magic PvP Wand, upgraded with:
- A perfect (20%) "Aptitude not Attitude" Inscription.
- A Perfect (20%) Wand Wrapping of Memory.
