Shell Shock applies Cracked Armor, but the Cracked Armor that it applies has no effect (bug).

Trivia

Shell Shock could be a reference to a movie from 1964 by the same name. "Shell Shock" is also a military term used to categorize a range of behaviours resulting from the stress of battle which decrease the combatant's fighting efficiency.
