The Shield of the Hierophant is a Unique Item which can be obtained from the Hierophant's Chest, which spawns after defeating Duncan the Black in the elite dungeon, Slavers' Exile.

Bronze Shields with the same stats are available from Weaponsmith Manzo in Kaineng Center.
A Wooden Buckler with the same stats is available from the collector Healer Silja in Vasburg Armory.
In the Nightfall campaign, an Adamantine Shield with the same stats is available from collector Nikun in The Shattered Ravines.
