Shing Jea Island

The Shing Jea Island is the tutorial area for the Factions Campaign. It is a large island off the western shores of the mainland of Cantha.

Compared to Pre-Searing (the tutorial area for the Prophecies Campaign), the tutorials offered at the Shing Jea Island are more detailed and advanced.

In order to exit the area, players must be granted leave by Master Togo.

Unlike Pre-Searing, the Shing Jea Island is a place, not a time and thus can be re-visited whenever the player wants.

How to get there

• Factions campaign characters spawn in Monastery Overlook and are lead to Shing Jea Monastery by Instructor Ng during the opening mission.
• Prophecies campaign characters have to take a ship from the Kaineng Docks on the Cantha mainland (talk to Firstmate Xiang). Activity is limited to all non-Canthans.
