- Very useful skill for runners and pure tanks as it gives you a large health boost, cannot be stripped by enemies, and has a short activation time.
- This skill loses effectiveness beyond 14 Strength, because the use of Major and Superior Runes lowers your maximum Health, which defeats the purpose of using Signet of Stamina in the first place. To bypass this, consider using Signet of Stamina while wearing armor with Major/Superior runes and then swapping out to armor with Minor runes. You will retain the health bonus from the higher attributes without suffering any extra health loss from the runes.
