Description

Like its twin brother, the Skull Shield, the Skeleton Shield is of jagged shape and features a grim demonic face meant to intimidate the opponent.

This shield probably dyes in much the same way that its counterpart, the Skull Shield does. They also drop in The Desolation. They've been know to drop for tactics, strength, command and motivation.
