Skill Warmup
The Skill Warmup displays the time progress of your currently casted spell/skill. The Skill Warmup also appears in the Skill Monitor for anyone who currently has you targeted.
Skill Warmup will not display a progress bar for skills with very short (<1.5s) cast times. This is very noticeable on Mesmers with high Fast Casting.
