The Staff of the Mists
The Staff of the Mists is the powerful sister staff to the Scepter of Orr, only available during the quest called The Cold Touch of the Past. The Staff of the Mists is to health as the Scepter of Orr is to energy.
The Staff of the Mists has two effects:
Aura of the Staff of the Mists - While on the ground, it heals all nearby allies for 30 health and drains 30 health from all nearby foes every 4 seconds. The area of this effect is shown by a glowing circle on the ground around the staff.
Power of the Staff of the Mists - While holding the Staff, you have +4 health regeneration.
If you plan to vanquish The Poisoned Outcrops, this staff can be very helpful, and the added Lightbringer points for the additional foes killed is a substantial bonus. See the Notes section for The Poisoned Outcrops for recommendations.
