The Stalwart Carapace Shield looks exactly the same as the [[Crude Shield]], [[Runic Shield]], and the other variants of the [[Crimson Carapace shield|Carapace shield]]. It is special in such as it is only available from [[Collector]]s and cannot be found as loot from monsters.

Dyeing this shield changes the color of the entire shield.

* Available from [[Yorik Warblade]] in exchange for an [[Emboldened Carapace Shield]], and from [[Hagnon Warblade]], who offers both the shield and the [[Emboldened Carapace Shield]].  

* Prior to the [[Game updates/20060714|July 14, 2006 update]], Emboldened and Stalwart  shields were simply both called "[[Crimson Carapace Shield]]s"
