The Storm Rider Tissue Sample is an item needed for the Unnatural Creatures quest. It can be obtained upon Grenn Mindvenom's death, and must be delivered to Erudine in Serenity Temple. Like most Quest items, it has no value if you try to sell it to merchants and cannot be salvaged.
