Suun is the Oracle and the custodian of Tahnnakai Temple. In the Nahpui Quarter mission, he gives directions to the players on how to achieve Weh no Su.
He can also be found in the Divine Path, where he will grant the players an Amulet of the Mists upon completion of the the Imperial Sanctum mission.
