Tachi Forvent is one of the leaders of the Cult of Verata that is hidden in the southernmost area of Kessex Peak.

Kessex Peak: At the southern tip, she is found on the stepped hill leading to the Wizard's Tower.

She is not very threatening as far as mesmers go (no energy drain or interrupts), but she is very resilient. She's high-level (henchmen in the area are level 15), and the use of Distortion and Illusion of Weakness makes her very hardy. She is, however, more susceptible to spell damage.
