I thought they have their HQ in Korea? How large is the US branch and where is it located? --Tetris L 21:35, 23 Sep 2005 (EST)
Don't know.. Will definitely check them out. I just recognized from their address that they are lesss than a couple of miles from my own home. :) Good old Bellevue.. Home of Bill Gates and Arena Networks!! :) --Karlos 21:53, 23 Sep 2005 (EST)
You've never noticed that they were in the greater Seattle area? LOL, one of the first things I noticed was that they were local.  :P --Rainith 01:04, 24 Sep 2005 (EST)
I always thought they were in Seattle (like Real Networks) itself, which means they're on a different planet as far as I'm concerned. :) But to find out they're like a couple of miles from my home!! Now I want to go check out the place! --Karlos 10:47, 24 Sep 2005 (EST)
I'm going to write some clarification on ArenaNet and NCSoft, but the short version is that they aren't the same people, even though they both "make" GuildWars. --JoDiamonds 00:25, 29 October 2005 (EST)

Anet in Final Fantasy III[edit source]

I noticed that in the first oceanic area that you have boat access to in Final Fantasy III there are fish enemies called Anets. ArenaNet can be shortened as Anet and are sometimes considered enemies of certain groups of players due to some form of random nerfing to "balance" the game. Anybody else think that this is a strange, yet somewhat funny, coincidence?
