Talk:Binding Spirit

The ghosts DO exist and they are worth a page, even Ascalon Townsfolk has one <.<

But a blue link containing almost nothing is less useful than a red link. —BlastedtSigleft.jpgBlastedtBlastedtSigright.jpg— 15:28, 19 January 2007 (CST)

Im trying to add information atm, but if you delete it i have no chance to do so <.< Btw could anyone edit the picture? It looks bad where it is now :(

I fixed it up a bit and made it worthy of a blue somewhat. —BlastedtSigleft.jpgBlastedtBlastedtSigright.jpg— 15:40, 19 January 2007 (CST)

Easy to kill?[edit source]

Since they are spirits, will Consume Soul and Gaze of Fury destroy them one shot? That would make them rather easy to kill. --Heurist 09:26, 27 February 2007 (CST)

I haven't tried, but I seem to remember them having a lot of armour for regular damage — Skuld 19:38, 4 March 2007 (CST)
High Armour Spirits? Possible I suppose. --Heurist 08:07, 5 March 2007 (CST)
119 armour vs fire magic, cannot suffer conditions, cannot be hexed. I forgot to bring gaze of fury, I will try next time >.< — Skuld 10:17, 7 March 2007 (CST)
119 AL vs Fire? Wow! Immune to conditions and hexes? That sounds more and more like a spirit. All that is left is to gaze furiously at it for a bit and see if it dies. --Heurist 00:00, 9 March 2007 (CST)
It is a spirit, hex it and it says "spell failed - spirits cannot be effected by hexes" or something. — Skuld 02:38, 9 March 2007 (CST)
Did you test Gaze of Fury yet? If it works it should be added to the notes. --Heurist 13:40, 9 March 2007 (CST)
These things cheat. They're spirits, as evidenced by the fail message when you try to hex them, but they can heal themselves with Glimmer of Light. Not to mention their obnoxiously high armor. I mean, they can't do any damage at all (my 60 AL mesmer was taking 0 from them), so it's not like they're a threat or anything (just kill the mobs and focus fire on them), but it's the principle of the thing. Like those damned Ancient Skales with their two elites. Hax. Zaq 13:56, 9 March 2007 (CST)
Nor problem killing them, they were not healing themselves...? Also, the third spirit spawned 4 titans, not 5. Jaimes Laig Romarto 09:17, 26 March 2007 (CDT)
They don't do anything but wand you once they become hostile, and even then they always do 0 damage. And I believe Gaze/Consume will work. -Samurai-JM-Assassin 20:14, 8 April 2007 (CDT)
