This isn't always correct. Divinity Coast (mission) bonus gives you a monetary reward for finishing it (but the exact formula is not known). Further, I believe the Ascension (mission) bonus gives you many thousands of experiance (I've heard 40-50,000). -Evil_Greven 05:06, 5 March 2006 (CST)

Me thinks tip should go. It doesn't make a whole lot of sense. The general "tip" would be to save all quests and bonuses and even missions until one is level 20 since prior to that, opponent level can help a person level up faster while quests, bnouses and missions offer a fixed reward that is the same whether one is level 1 or 20. I do not think, however, that it's a very smart thing to do, you want to be a few levels ahead of the foes in a mission. The level cap awaits you at the end. Doesn't matter if you get to level 20 in Ascalon or in the Ring of Fire. To hold back my character's leveling up (by not taking XP from fixed XP sources) just so that my character can get more XP from kills, seems like a weird objective. --Karlos 10:58, 5 March 2006 (CST)
Now that Canthan bonuses are based on time, the question remains if cinematics count towards the completion time. (such as the cathedral scene during the Arborstone mission) --Thervold 16:43, 22 May 2006 (CDT)
- Due to an update (I don't know the exact one) time "freezes" during the cinematics. Minions don't lose HP and the timer stops; until the cinem is over. -Auron 20:48, 4 September 2006 (CDT)
Also, you don't get the experience from bonuses if you do low level missions at high levels. The tip should go.
- Seconded. Away it goes, in replacement with another, more useful tip. (but a note) Mightywayne 10:18, 15 January 2007 (CST)

When you complete a bonus, has it always said "Secondary Mission Completed"? I just got that doing Nolani Academy again. I thought it used to say something like "Bonus Completed". Calor 17:38, 20 August 2007 (CDT)
Bonus then Mission?[]
If you finish a bonus, then fail the mission, then complete the mission later, but not the bonus, do you get the credit towards your title? Atlantis 21:45, 25 February 2009 (UTC) 129.116.56.231 12:12, May 28, 2010 (UTC) yes
