This would work well with Lacerate. Especially if there's an Elementalist that casts Meteor or something.

Thunderclap Elementalist w/Brambles[]
I'd love to see a thunderclap ele with 16 air, 10 wilderness, 9 energy storage, using brambles while attacking with a lightning damage staff. Their skill bar could have thunderclap, glyph of elemental power to get the thunderclap energy to 5, dryders defenses, troll unguent and other wilderness survival skills for defense. They could keep an enemy on the ground for the full 15 seconds of thunderclap plus have time to recast it. The enemy would also take damage each time they hit the ground and start bleeding.
