Someone added the information that Blackout interrupts this skill. I tried it ages ago and it didn't. Could someone please confirm that this was changed? Otherwise I'll remove this information. It's hard to test it now without 1on1 altar map. I think the author meant Distracting Shot. --SET 23:02, 22 October 2006 (CDT)

I still can't figure out the pattern to the skill icon. Sometimes its the normal monster skill and sometimes its the icon we have here.
