So, this count for your pet too? Cos that seems an easy and fairly reliable way to meet the condition. — Oreso Necromancer 14:57, 10 October 2006 (CDT)

Skuld, I would assume you know that skill descriptions don't always match the actual way they work. It should be that way according to the skill description Oreso but it hasn't been tested by me to see if it is true.VallenIconwhitesmall Vallen Frostweaver 17:20, 10 October 2006 (CDT)
We'll have to see then I guess, but I was wondering if that were the case then why wasn't it added to the Skill's notes. — Oreso Necromancer 17:04, 14 October 2006 (CDT)

Anyone else noticed that when using this skill a bell like sound can be heard in the background?----Glass 21:00, 21 December 2006 (CST)

I thought that was always Burning Arrow. I never have used this skill before, but Burning Arrow makes that ringing noise.--Shadow Dragon 22:14, 9 January 2007 (CST)

I'm guessing this skill counts yourself? -Zulu Inuoe

Is it just me? Or does this skill throw Power Shot into a cocked hat? sure, 5 less damage, but half the cost and recharge, with sometimes a guided effect. Clearly better. --Ckal Ktak 18:03, 17 May 2007 (CDT)

Not to mention that this is bonus damage while power shot increases base damage (see talk). So actually against low armor power shot may be stronger, but... --Gimmethegepgun 18:31, 17 May 2007 (CDT)
Actually, THAT is old hat, being just theories and nothing more. ALL bonus damage ignores armor. --Kale Ironfist

With a MM, this skill is almost always unblockable. Well, I never use melee H/H anyways. --Jimp WhiteAsIce 06:28, November 13, 2010 (UTC)

Name[]

Maybe a reference to the "no-more" CNN talk show where Jon Stewart trashed it (rightfully).

Not really. Crossfire is a real word used in many ways. For instance, it is a type of high-school debate and also a millitary term.--TheDrifter 17:52, 15 January 2007 (CST)

Given the way the skill performs it's pretty obvious the name is based on its function (see here). RossMM 17:33, 20 May 2007 (CDT)

anyone remember that old commercial for that game? crossfire! crossfire! you'll get caught up in the CROSSFIRE!!!! I bet if you could hear me sing it you'd all get it and beg me to come on vent and entertain the troops. — JediRogue JediRogueSig 23:41, 22 May 2007 (CDT)

I remember that commercial! The Angry Video Game Nerd actually did a Board James on that game, check it out: http://www.cinemassacre.com/new/?p=1744
