- The slowdown IIRC is a similar reduction caused by Flail. It's not conclusive by any means, but it gives us a number with which to perfect. --Kale Ironfist

Me with flag, sousuke with Armor of Earth in isle of the nameless, comparing visual speed it is between 19-21%, there were slight gain and loss speeds on each, so im guessing they like round numbers and would of made it 20%. -- Xeon 13:10, 11 June 2007 (CDT)
