they can be dyed! try it on a pvp character, it can be dyed...i dye mine blue to turn it green all the time for my flagger.
- like the skull staff, it can be dyed in pvp but not pve. There are lots of items like that.
are these animated or is it just flint's that's animated?

alot of the prophecies original focus items have the dye scheme layed out. monster drops wont accept dye on many of them. HOWEVER crafted and i think collector ones will, unsure on quest rewards. Items of interest
