::I'm in American. Prices for EVERYTHING went down to nothing. Ectoplasm, superior runes, shards, dye. 100-300g each for a few minutes. I don't know if ArenaNet then set prices or the trader code did its thing, but there was definitely a buying spree and, after a little while, a selling spree when prices raised. Afterwards, for example, superior healing was stuck at 7k flat to buy from the trader, while before it was 60k+. Ectoplasm was 9k flat, from 15k+. Only superior vigor and absorption were back up to anything resembling their old price, at something like 80k and 99k, I think. --Fyren 11:26, 12 Aug 2005 (EST)

:::Must have been a huge imbalance across regions for ArenaNet to do this. Perhaps since Korea always seem to have favour they have all the ectoplasm? :D 21:12, 12 Aug 2005 (EST)

::::Korea is having Favor all the time now? In my impression not much more than America. ;) But anyways, they had to do something and I think averaging prices between territorys was a good idea. I'd bet we had some visitors from across in Europe, who bought all the superior monk runes to sell them with high gain in their home territory. While the prices had been constantly rising for a few weeks, last weekend they outright exploded from around 10-15k to about 50k each. That was the first time I've ever seen a rune being out of stock, too. --Eightyfour-onesevenfive 22:34, 12 Aug 2005 (EST)

I'm so broke anyway, it wouldn't have made a difference. :) —Tanaric 22:09, 12 Aug 2005 (EST)
