I wonder how long that would have taken them. LoL 132.203.83.38 22:16, 6 February 2007 (CST)

Is that all? What else? Something else had to have changed, I am sure of it. Queen Schmuck 22:21, 6 February 2007 (CST)

All I can say about this update is.. WOO! About time! :D Now it's time to take my Nightfall chars through Factions and Prophecies. --24.250.248.144 22:42, 6 February 2007 (CST)

Bah they still haven't fix the mobs having pets name yet. I just saw a bear with Spectral Agony :(—├ Aratak 23:27, 6 February 2007 (CST)
I saw a Jade Armor boss with the name Bear lol --Kabraxis 23:41, 6 February 2007 (CST)
I saw an Undergrowth tagged as a White Tiger! 132.203.83.38 07:38, 7 February 2007 (CST)

Definitely a very nice and almost unexpected addition! I'm definitely going to check out ANY and ALL cutscenes where Mhenlo speaks! ~___~ --VoteForGwen 09:10, 7 February 2007 (CST)

"Added lip-syncing to all cinematic sequences..." That's not a complete skill balancing overhaul. -.- --8765 15:06, 7 February 2007 (CST)

Just yesterday, Zhed blew his whole energy pool on a Margonite with Spellbreaker on. 132.203.83.38 07:50, 23 February 2007 (CST)

note[edit source]

I removed that note about elite captures and unlocked skills. I don't remember that it ever showed unlocked for elites, but the more I think about it the less sure I am. Please revert it if I'm wrong. --Rainith 23:21, 6 February 2007 (CST)

Just capped Glyph of Renewal (for 4th time), and it did show "(unlocked)" by the skill name. Queen Schmuck 23:31, 6 February 2007 (CST)

Since when have only officers and leaders been able to talk in alliance chat? I've been kind of away from GW, to the point where i'm not on every day, and I haven't seen this in any update notes. Is this a bug or was it intentional? --Mwpeck 10:52, 7 February 2007 (CST)

So far as I know anyone in the alliance, officer, leader or regular member, can talk on alliance chat. I had a discussion with several people on alliance chat last night not all of whom were officers/leaders in their respective guilds. This was both before and after the update. Lojiin 11:05, 7 February 2007 (CST)
Odd, I was just on and I tried asking the alliance for something and it gave that orange message that said only officers and leaders can use alliance chat....maybe it has something to do with the lag plaguing the European servers. --Mwpeck 11:10, 7 February 2007 (CST)

EDIT: OK, its working now....must be some lag with the guild servers...I logged back on and it took a few minutes before it showed my guild, then alliance chat was working again. --Mwpeck 11:15, 7 February 2007 (CST)

It use to be only officers and leaders that could talk. If you have been away for a long time, maybe using the -image Command line could be a good idea has your guildwars.dat could be bloated or damage.—├ Aratak 11:19, 7 February 2007 (CST)
I used to play for a few hours a day, and by away, I just mean that I hardly even got on in the past few weeks.....but I have been getting on at least once or twice a week......I remember back when AC was like that, and at first it seemed like it went back to that.....as I said, it must be an issue with the lag thats been happening on the European servers, its working normally right now. --Mwpeck 12:33, 7 February 2007 (CST)

Apparently they removed the use of Elites in Ascalon area, and Shing Jea, unless they did earlier.

I believe they did that some time ago. --Mwpeck 12:33, 7 February 2007 (CST)

Nightfall Lip Syncing?[edit source]

wasn't this already there? -Kumdori 20:11, 7 February 2007 (CST)

Yup, this update added lip-sync for Prophecies and Factions. --Wolfie 22:47, 7 February 2007 (CST)
That was nice of them. It really added alot to the NF cut scenes.— JediRogue JediRogueSig.jpg (talk |contribs) 15:33, 9 February 2007 (CST)

Seems like some people have trouble reading. 132.203.83.38 20:09, 9 February 2007 (CST)

rending sweep and GoA[edit source]

So, Obs tanks are now much safer in gloom specifically, and the other DoA areas as well? sweet. -TehBuG-
